what are some good things to munch on for dieters?
no fruits or veggies, i am looking beyond that to widen my variety. no sugarless candy either, but anything that tastes good. yum yum
A handful of raw almonds are healthy and full of nutrients. A peice of Whole Wheat bread with apple buter or Peanut Butter, one cup of nonfat plain YOGHURT it has bulgarius in it which is proven to help digestion and aid in Weight Loss. a serving of baked Potato Chips with salsa. the 100 calorie bags of popcorn. one cup of special K cereal with lowfat soymilk. all of these have 100-200 calories and low in fat.
