I'm in New York strip steak grilling. Put it on the grill I used pepper and salt?
It's good beef Nebraska, so I do not want to add some extra spice. I'm in when I first set it up if you take out the salt, the juice I just do not know. I'm planning to use Kosher salt.
Setting out the beef before grilling about 20-30 minutes. That Of course you can at room temperature. I draw on both sides of the hot (350 degrees) before placing on Put a little salt and pepper. About Grill 10 minutes on each side. I use a meat thermometer to give Adequate food. Take off the grill in front of the desired temperature. Approximately 10 minutes Appearing on the platter and let rest before the juices redistribute. Yummy! Nebraska beef, I love it!
