If Canadian Tire doesn't sell it..then we are outta luck AGAIN here in Canada
Regina, Saskatchewan: I just bought one at the weekend at Superstore (Loblaws), $5.69 + tax. It's beside where they have mops and toilet brushes. It works reasonably well and is sure quicker than hauling out the vacuum every day. There are no refills, you just throw it away when it's full of hair.
