Coffee Specs Grade Category Screen Altitude Grown Cupping Scores Premium Invalsa Extra, Good (A) 15/16 Above 3,000 feet 75 (Minimum), Range: 76 - 79 These 2011/12-crop, green (unroasted) coffee beans come from Colonia Uchumachi and were processed by the Mayachasinani Cooperative. These are 100% Premium, Arabica beans (Tipica 85%, Caturra 15%). These coffee beans are shade-grown in the higher altitudes of the Uchumachi area in the Caranavi Province. We sourced them by cupping every submission from the Colonia and setting aside all the ones that showed a clean cup but did not score 80 or higher.
